Forza Voetbalreizen sells football trips to Europe’s top clubs: match tickets and hotels, with or without flights. Every trip on offer is put together from a lot of moving parts.
The challenge
Whether a trip can be offered, and at what price, depends on many things: availability and prices at suppliers, and whether a match has been scheduled yet. All of that changes constantly, and keeping it up to date by hand took the team hours every week. The data was also only as fresh as the last time someone checked.
What we built
An agent that collects all of this information and processes it in Forza’s own system, so the trips on offer reflect what is actually available.
How it works
- 01It gathers availability and prices from Forza’s suppliers.
- 02It checks which matches have been scheduled and which haven’t yet.
- 03It puts the trips together from that information.
- 04It processes the result in Forza’s system, far more often than a person could.
Where a person stays involved
The team stays in charge of the offer: the agent collects and processes, the team decides what Forza sells.
The result
Far less manual work for the team: more than 20 hours a week. Even more important, because the data is refreshed much more often, the trips on offer are far more accurate.
